Programs

Behavioral &
Relational Health

Healing happens in relationship. Our programs combine peer support, mental health services, and intimacy coaching to support your whole self.

Core Service

Peer Support Services

Our peer support specialists are people with lived experience of mental health challenges, substance use recovery, and system involvement. They bring something clinical providers alone cannot: the credibility of having been there.

Emotional Support

Active listening, lived experience sharing, and co-regulation from a peer who truly understands what you're going through.

Practical Support

System navigation, appointment accompaniment, and benefits enrollment assistance — someone in your corner at every step.

Recovery Support

WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) development, crisis de-escalation, between-appointment support, and medication adherence encouragement.

Education

Coping skills workshops, psychoeducation on mental health conditions, and peer support groups for shared healing and community.

Advocacy

Support for your needs within systems — healthcare, housing, benefits — and coaching to develop your own self-advocacy skills.

Sex Education

Comprehensive, inclusive, and shame-free sex education for individuals, couples, and families. Covering consent, boundaries, reproductive health, anatomy, healthy relationships, and more — tailored to the needs of the participants.

Somatica-Trained Intimacy & Relationship Coaching

Our Somatica-trained coaches support individuals and couples in building deeper intimacy, connection, and sexual fulfillment through an embodied, consent-based, experiential approach.

The Somatica method uses experiential learning — including mindful touch within strict ethical boundaries — to help clients develop emotional and physical intimacy skills in a safe, non-judgmental container. This is not therapy; it is coaching for relational and sexual growth.
